The Board voted unanimously in favor <br /> of signing the pian, 4 copies were left and Ater. Mike Dunning <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Location: Meetinghouse Rd. <br /> This was the plan that covers the area of the ANR plan which was ,just <br /> signed previous to this , Atty. Dunning stated they were submitting this <br /> plan in accordance with the zoning by-law regulations , He said they <br /> Piled certain plans with the Planning Board on 3/14 and .gave copies t <br /> other boards in accordance with Section 9.374 of the zoning by-laws, <br /> and he presented receipts as proof. He stated the Boar had 60 days <br /> from that date , 3/14, to submit their report, and this is the meeting <br /> they would have to do it at. <br /> He went on to say the plan consists of 70 acnes making up 3 lots owned <br /> by different people but were under a purchase and sales agreement. They <br /> are in an R�2 ,z-one and they want to erect 204 condo units, and according <br /> to the by-law, they're allowed 210 units . They would all be 2 bedroom <br /> units and they would also have a retail/office building and a recreation <br /> building and outdoor pool and tennis c ourtr . <br /> Ralph Maloon, the engineer, stepped before ore the Board to explain certain <br /> things , He said there would be 35 buildings of 5 & 6 units apiece and <br /> there would be no street parking there would be a pool inside the <br /> recreation building and one but&ldej a tennis court and jogging track <br /> the office building would consist. of 5,000 sq . ft. with offices on the <br /> 2nd floor and stores on the 1st, and there would be no parking in front l <br /> there would be leaching basins in low spots of land and underground <br /> electricity. <br /> Mr. Rowley asked how many linear feet of road there would be . <br /> . Grogan said there would be 5,000 roughly. <br /> The Board made the following recommendations : 1 they only have 2 <br /> accesses to Meetinghouse Rd. instead of ; 2 they wanted renderings o <br /> the buildings 3'.) ,-Mr. Rowley suggested they decrease the road and <br /> increase the radius Mr. Rowley suggested that they have a catch <br /> basin at the intersection so water won't run across the road; that <br /> they meet with the Board of Health regarding a tertiary system <br />
