He said he would be filing for the access road <br /> and dry hydrant for fire portion only then he would f ile f or the beach <br /> area, <br /> Mr. Rowley reminded Mr. Besse that he would meed a permit from the <br /> state for a pier, <br /> Mr. Iarsters said if Mr. Buse got the letter of confirmation from the <br /> Board of Health regarding the tertiary system and assuming the Conser- <br /> vation Committee had no major concerns , and he meets with this Board 's <br /> requirements , he saw no problem, He also added that the land they are <br /> planning to acquire along Sntuit Pond Rd. be shown on the site plan <br /> submitted next time and Mr. Besse agreed, He is to be put on the <br /> agenda for June 6. <br /> Petitioner: Patrick Crowley <br /> Submitted by: Frank Whiting <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Mashpee Industrial Park <br /> Mr. Whiting stated said they had changed lets and the road since the <br /> last time the plan was submitted, but there was no charge in lot sizes . <br /> He said they now have green space between property line . <br /> Mr. Rowley asked what they did with existing basins . <br /> Mr. Whiting said they were still there but if they didn't meet the <br /> present design requirements they would be removed and replaced. <br /> Where was a question as to there being the proper amount of frontage <br /> f or Lot 27 and Mr. Wh.itin- g said he will put the road back to get the <br /> required frontage , Mr~. Rowley also felt something should be done with <br /> the intersection as it takes up a lot of area and he talked to Bill <br /> Nye about redesigning i . <br /> The Board also said they would ;like to see on a plan the extent of <br /> existing conditions and pointed out that lots 27 & 5 have to have at <br /> .east Zoo' frontage . <br /> Mr. Whiting withdrew his application without prejudice and he would <br /> resubmit it on June 6 <br /> Ed Grogan came before the Board regarding his proposed condos on <br /> Meetinghouse d. R0 <br /> ichardson Jonas s abstained from this petition, <br /> � <br /> a was represented by Atty. Iirrane .
