PALNNING BOARD MINUTES : 5.16-84 Contd. Page
1ft-t , of approval.
They brought a revised plan of the layout in which they reduced the
road to 4400' and reduced the entrances from 3 to 2 and they put
parking spaces in front of each building,
Mr. Row-ley said he would have to see another~ plan showing the drainage
as the drainage in the previous plan was insufficient. The applicants
said they weren't sure what they were going to do till tonight when
they met with the Board of Health as to where the tertiary plant would
be , and they still had to do soil tests before they were certain. Mr.
Rowley said they would also need a plan showing the contours ,
Richard Dubin felt the open space wasn't adequate as it appeared 100%
f the useable land was being developed on. Mr. lr suggested they
develop the plan in such a way to see the overall acreage - so many
open .s pace and many developed . Mr. Dubin also felt there wasn't enough
f a buffer on Meetinghouse Rd. but M . Thibodeau pointed out that
the closest buil in.g was 901 from the road whereas a single family
ly
house would bfrom the road.
The Board requested that they -show calculations to what open space
amount is and the buildFing coverage amount is - % of buildi
