The applicants <br /> said they weren't sure what they were going to do till tonight when <br /> they met with the Board of Health as to where the tertiary plant would <br /> be , and they still had to do soil tests before they were certain. Mr. <br /> Rowley said they would also need a plan showing the contours , <br /> Richard Dubin felt the open space wasn't adequate as it appeared 100% <br /> f the useable land was being developed on. Mr. lr suggested they <br /> develop the plan in such a way to see the overall acreage - so many <br /> open .s pace and many developed .
