Page 3, <br /> an easement <br /> The Board kept I copy, <br /> Petitioner: Carlton Collins <br /> Submitted by: Richard Ferreira <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Barnstable/Mashpee Lire - Route 130 <br /> Fee : $15.00 <br /> Mr. Rowley saw no problem .with the plan as is . All members voted in <br /> favor of signing the plan as an approval not required. <br /> Richardson Jonas signed the plan on behalf of the Board . <br /> Bail Nyecame before the Board to discuss a piece of land on Route 2 <br /> and to get some advice . The land is in an industrial zone south o <br /> the rotary. He said Rogers & Marney want to purchase the land as an <br /> investment and eventually put in a subdivision. He said the problem <br /> is it only has ' of frontage. on Rte . 28. Mr. Silvia. (next door <br /> has agreed to give enough land to make a 501road and hoped it would <br /> e enough for An industrial subdivision so they could proceed and he <br /> wanted the opinion of the Board as to whether it would be an adequate <br /> access , <br /> Mr. Marsters said if they provide a 50' way and radius satisfactory to <br /> the engineer, he sees no problem. <br /> Mr. Rowley asked what they pla.nned to do with the residential piece of <br /> land and Mr. Nye said they had no great plans f or i t . Mr. a s-t a rs <br /> said it fronts on an unaccepted road so they would have to put a mote <br /> n the plan that it wasn't a buildable lot , <br /> The Board also saiLd they would have to present a plan with a 30 , wide <br /> road with adequate radius on Rte . 28 and put a note on the plan saying <br /> that residential lot #14 is not to be considered a buildable lot* <br /> Mr. Silvia stepped before the Board to speak in favor of the plan and <br /> said he would give the land for proper~ radius as he would like to have <br /> good people next to him and Rogers & Marney are . <br /> Mr. Nye also wanted the Board 's advice regarding Quashnet valley.
