Page 6 <br /> The Town Planner asked' if the pools would be full or empty in the winter <br /> Atty. Ki rrane said they have an indoor pool and the levels would be <br /> lowered in the outdoor pools . The Town Planner said the Fire Chief <br /> requires two dry hydrants and they have none , Atty. Kirrane said the <br /> plan does show 2 hydrants in the vacinity of the pool that would pro- <br /> vide water from the pool. <br /> Mr.. Rowley said he checked the capacity of the 2 pools - 36,000 gallons <br /> each , alid the Chief wants 1250 gpm so they also need to show the pipe <br /> size and that it can pump that much . He also said something is coming <br /> fort] - on the intersection of Meetinghouse Rd . and Central Rd, as <br /> Ernie Virgilio, Highway superintendent l is planning to redo the inter- <br /> section. <br /> Mr. Dubin said the Board would continue this hearing to the next meeting <br /> and the Board requested the following information: <br /> 1 . Revised site plan to show location of wells and plant <br /> 2 . Mr. Rowley's concerns addressed - increased thickness of <br /> pavement on Joseph Rd . & Grogan Rd . <br /> 3 . Impact study dome on traffic , schools , disposal a3rea.p Fire <br /> Department , Police Department and economic (effect on tax rate <br /> -. Recreational needs included for children <br /> Atty. Kirrane asked if this was going to be the pol'ic r of all future <br /> developments or are they being singled out . The Board said this project <br /> was the first they had from scratch and that came before there and not <br /> the Board of Appeals and that this is one of the biggest projects proposed <br /> in t own. <br /> The hearing was continued to the next meeting on November 7 . Atty. <br /> irrane said they would do their best to provide the information but <br /> didn't know if they would -get it done in time . e said he would let <br /> the Board know one way or the other on the Monday preceding the next <br /> meeting. <br /> There was a continuation of the subdivision public hearing for Names <br /> Kerrigan from the last meeting. Chris Clarke represented Mr. Kerrigan <br /> Mr. Fowler -submitted a new report and it was felt his requirements could <br /> be incorporated in the covenant . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion that the subdivision plan be approved subject <br /> to deliverer of the covenant and raking the necessary changes on the <br /> profiles . Mr. Collins s-ec onded the motion and all were in favor. <br />
