Mr. Dubin said the Board needed the report from Mr~. Rowley before they could make a decision. They apologized for the confusion of being on the agenda when they weren't reader. Their placed thea on the agenda for December 19 first thing after the public hearing. They agreed in this case , Mr. Roviley could mail a copy of the report to Mr. McGrath prior to the meeting. Mr . Pomeroy appeared before the Board regarding his Meadow Haven subdivision plan which the Board had approved on November 21 subject to the dPainage cAanges recommended by the engineer and revisal of the covenant with language concerning the wood road. Mir* Pomeroy said he put together information for bonding based on the conversation of the lat meeting. Hr. Pomeroy said. Mr, ionas and Mr, Rowley care out to review the overgrown wood wa r. He said he sat down with Mr. Weller and his attorney and they don't feel there 's an extension of the wood road beyond what 's shown on the plan. He said Mr. Weller, prepared this plan according to the rules and regulations of this Board and to create a road beyond that point i a falsehood , fir. Jonas said he showed thea where it went across the river but Mr. Pomeroy didn't agree with that , Mr. Bowleg said Mr.. Jonas pointed out where he felt the road was and he said if you look very close.y you can { see a possibility of the road coming there .
