Mr. Cotton said 2 <br /> of the lots are owned by Mr. Conroe and they have nothing to do with it , <br /> but they will deed the other, two lots to lots 42 and 43 and create new <br /> lots numbered 73 They will also bring the road up to existing <br /> standards , <br /> 'ter discussion and Mr. Owen 's comments an abuttor , the Board decided <br /> the covenant means they have to build the road out to Rte , 130.
