Sandwich Rd. for input and opinions . <br /> The Board reviewed the plan and felt the concept was okay and told him <br /> to go ahead and submit a normal preliminary plan with topos , etc , The <br /> Board kept l copy, <br /> , Richard Ferreira, representing Ma hpee Investors returned for discussion <br /> on a plan he had submitted on November 7 on land off of Simon's Narrow Rd . <br /> Mr. Rowley didn't have a. formal report ready. The Board questioned t1i <br /> 5 acre parcel and Mr. Ferreira said it has frontage on Bryant Cove Rd . <br /> but will be u,�nbuil.d.able until the road is brought up to standards . Mr. <br /> Rowley questioned if the owner could legally get rights to it . Mr. <br /> Ferreira said, they would pint a 20 ' way going into i and mark it an <br /> unbuildable lot. Mr. Rowley said this would satisfy him, <br /> The Board discussed it and Felt they should provide for some open space <br /> and felt on the 5 acre parcel would be centrally located , Mir , Ferreira <br /> said he would spew to the owners and he told the Board he would come <br /> back on January 2 , 1985 for Mr. -Rowley's report , <br /> The Board discussed the release of %covenant for Kr , Russo on Yardarm, <br /> pinake r and Starboard as he 's going to add $500 t o the bond amount <br /> and would submit $17, 000 cash to the Town Treasurer. <br /> Ir. Marsters made a motion to approve the money to release the covenant . <br /> . Jonas seconded the motion and all voted in favor.
