Raymond presented a preliminary plan for 40 lots off Rte . 130 down to <br /> Coombs Rd . He said they would rake the road straight through to Noisy <br /> Hole instead and not stop at Coombs Rd . <br /> Mr, yin Felt there should be some common area and Mr, Raymond said they <br /> would see if they could work something in the back and give .access to it . <br /> Mr. Dila.rstcrs said they would have to have a turn around,-acs-peo l can't <br /> go into Noisy dole Rd . Mr. Raymond said he would make a tem- porar tum- <br /> around to Noisy dole Rd . until Noisy Dole Rd. is broucrht up to standards . <br /> He said the turn-around would be constructed to town standards <br /> Mr . Rowley suggested putting a curve in the road without damaging lots so <br /> not so long and straight road. <br /> Mr. Raymond said he wants to file the plan and quickly get an amended <br /> plan as soon as possible , Mr. Rowley would pre pare a report for next time . <br /> T.O.T.
