Mr. Marsters pointed out that they need a road covenant and Mr. Dubin asked about the Board of Health @ s requirement for a tertiary treatment plant , r. Iter said they can't recommend it for this because it 's subdivision but they can for the special permit , Mr . Grassetti said they had a letter from the Board of Health saying they could use the same type as in their first subdivisi n @ The Board suggested they get together with the Board of Health and present it for the special permit , They added the covenant should say they are responsible for all maintenance of the roads , Mr. Grassetti requested an extension on the time limit for 2 weeks from tonight and he would come to the next meeting. Mr. Marsters made a motion to extend the public hearing until 10/3 . The motion was seconded and all present voted in favor of extending it . They asked Mr, Grassetti to touch lase with Mr. Rowle. r.
