He f fled a Form C, list of abuttors , prof il s and plan and paid 200, The Board voted to set the public hearing for 10/17 at 8: 00 p.m. The Board had a question as to who sends notices to abuttors , the- Planning Board secretary or the applicant , After they read the by-laws they determined the secretary does and they asked the secretary to verify that she 'll be sending them out. The Board felt the applicant should provide a. list certified by the Assessor's t the secretary from now on, Bob Talent, acting secretary, accepted the Stere Sack plan on behalf of the Board of Health and gave them a receipt showing same for the files . Atty. Morse came before the Board representing Sea Oaks Condominiums . He presented an estimate from Tilcon on completing the roads and drainage for $.60;000 ,- , They then submitted a letter of credit in the amount of $'90,000 to ensure completion of 2 sections . They would come in for the 3rd section at a la.-ter time , Mr. Dedec o said most of the shoulders were done in front and he wants to finish before the lst of the year. . Rowley said the final coat needed to be dome in the first section and both coats in the second section. He said he was sans if ied with the drainage as they had done it according to his suggestions . Ir. Dedeco said all the amenities were in and he wanted occupanc. permits for 4 buildings presently. Mr& Dubin said according to the letter of c d-it, if everything wasn't done by 12/31, they would have to get to the bank so they would have to come in before then to ask for an extension if needed. There was discussion as to the landscape plan as to whether or not they should landscape the front or improve it . The Board agreed they should obtain a landscape architect plan showing what they intend to do with the entire frontage and the Board said' it should be a better plan showing greater detail.
