Pye care be fore the Board with 3 Approval Npt Required Plans <br /> for the New Seabury Golf Course , He Faid when the golf course was <br /> originally subdivided, a small area was taken out of the parcel <br /> and the lots were given numbers . Now they are going to be <br /> conveying the golf dourse and Land Court required that the area <br /> remaining be numbered into sequence , so they have taken the larger <br /> lots to show they have been labeled at different times . He said <br /> the problem is technical. <br /> The first parcel was bounded by Mid-Iron flay and New Seabury Corp. <br /> Mr. Witten of Holmes & McGrath said there were no boundary changes <br /> and no problems with the lot.. He said lid-Iron was disected in the <br /> original parcel and given a number by the Boston Land Court and <br /> they can't convey by exception so th y have to renumber it . * <br /> Mr. Dubin asked when the work will be completed on Mid-Iron Way, <br /> Atty.. Pay said he will check with the inhouse engineer. Mr. Rowley <br /> said the road bounds are in as he got a letter f rom Holmes & <br /> McGrath, but they need some patching on the catch basins . Mr. <br /> Marsters told thea to call for an inspection as soon as it 's done , <br /> The Board and Mr.. Rowley saw no problem with the first plan and <br /> voted to approve and sign it . <br /> On the second plan the Board requested that the abuttors be put <br /> on the plan, a mote be put on the plan that it Is not a buildable <br /> lot as it doesn't have the proper f ontage , and they would like <br /> o have the zoning district spawn. <br /> On the third plan the Board requested that a note be placed on the <br /> plan stating lot 583E not be considered a separate building lot, <br /> that the current abutt ars be shown on the plan, and that the zoning <br /> district be shown on the plan. <br /> Atty. Pye said they would make the required revisions and asked to <br /> be placed on the agenda for 9/19 to resubmit them. <br /> Atty. Morse appeared before the Board regarding Seas Oak Condominimums . <br /> He said Mr. Rnwley had suggested that they concentrate on the first <br /> area and the major concern was the drainage area and he has made <br /> the changes and they are reflected on the plan, <br /> r. <br />
