Stone made a motion to approve the release of the first building <br /> and issue a occupancy permit subject to thea getting the finish coat <br /> i <br /> in and everything short of loaning, seeding and landscaping for the <br /> 1st building, g t -ing the revised calculations to Mr. Rowley ASAP, <br /> and having an *.inspection by Mr. Rowley when complete , and that they <br /> submit the landscaping plan to the DRC. Mr. Marsters seconded the <br /> motion and all voted in favor of this , They agreed when all these <br /> steps were made , they would authorize Mr. Collins to issue the <br /> occupancy permit . <br /> Atty. horse asked to be placed on the next agenda to inform the <br /> Board as to where they were at. <br /> Ken Debage presented road profiles for Bak HollowCondominiums * <br /> He said it was done to 40 scale and showed Ashu et Rd. and the <br /> existing paving.
