r + <br /> Planning Board Minutes <br /> Meeting of August 1 , 1984 <br /> Page <br /> Hear i r of Sub-Division of Punkhorn , cont . <br /> drainage appears to be adequate , Earle Marsters asked <br /> Charles Rowley for his written report by the next meeting of <br /> Sept, 5 and he asked ed him to send a copy to Mr. Warwick. <br /> Earle Marsters said that the Board was impressed with the <br /> density upon review of the preliminary plan . He said that <br /> they have done an excellent ,job in following the layout of <br /> the existing road and they tried not to d'i sturb too manor <br /> trees. He said that the town engineer will review the <br /> technical aspects o male sure the drainage is adequate so <br /> that the wetlands would be protected. <br /> Hazel Oakley e asked who- the abutters of the property were? <br /> Mr . l al ph Parker said that he was an immediate abutter on the <br /> south side , Mr . Warwick said that the abutters were : Edward <br /> Nichols, Roger Highland, David Niven, James Hagerty, Anthony <br /> F i or a n t i n i , Fields Point, Leemark Realty and Rumb e r. Mrs. <br /> Oakley asked if the abutters across the street were notified? <br /> Earle Marsters said that they weren�t considered an abutter <br /> for notice on a Planning Board hearing. Mr . Dubin said that <br /> he notified the Tribal Council as they were listed a one of <br /> the abutters. Mrs. Oakley sai d that they were in the process <br /> of having their land surveyed as they think some of their <br /> ownership comes across the street . She said that the <br /> abutters were not notified. Earle Marsters said that Mr . <br /> Dubin claimed to have notified the Tribal Council ; however, <br /> if they can prove that they do have ownership , then it would <br /> because a fault of the property owners if no not i f,i cation was <br /> given. Mr. Dubin said that he did not have any return <br /> receipts. <br /> Mrs. Averett asked if there was a plan -submitted to the <br /> Planning Board on the 55 acres? Harold Collins said that a <br /> plan was brought in at their last meeting. Mrs. A ere t t <br /> asked if the surveyor brought the plan in and if so, she <br /> asked if someone should authorize him to do that'd Earle <br /> Marsters said that the Board assumes that a surveyor i <br /> authorized and that the Planning Board can endorse scxnething <br /> but if the ownership i sn"t valid their endorsement doesn't <br /> mean anything, He said that they couldn't possibly check the <br /> titles on every piece of land, He said that the Board make <br /> sure that it conforms with zoning. Mrs. Aueret t said that <br /> they were not satisfied with the job the surveyor did as <br /> their land runs across the street also. <br /> r <br /> Earle Marsters referred back to Mrs. A ere t t's question of <br /> when a plan as brought in to the Planning Board.
