Someone asked if the town would have to maintain <br /> the road. Earle e Mar tern said that the only agreement the <br /> town has on private ways is that they will p 1 o it and <br /> sometimes do emergency repairs. <br /> Hannah Averett asked what they celled coon land? Earle <br /> Mar tern said that it is- open space owned by the tot owners <br /> themselves, owned in common with the lot owners, and it can <br /> never be built on. He said that there is -only three ways <br /> that open space can be owned: l . If you give it to the town <br /> and if the town accepts i t . 2. A non-profit organization <br /> such as the Ate dobon Society and 3. A corporation made up of <br /> the lot owners themselves. <br /> person from the floor asked if any of the lots could be <br /> sub-divided. Earle Mars-ters said that if they qualify for <br /> permits, it could possibly be done . Mr . Warwick said that <br /> they would put a statement on the plan that there would be no <br /> further sub-division of the lots as it is their intent to <br /> Keep the density its i_t is. <br /> Pa l p'h Parker asked if there would be any variances requested? <br /> Mr . Warwick said that the ► would be going to the Conseryation <br /> Comission for permission to put the cul de sac i n. Mr . <br /> Pryer said that he reviewed the plans some time ago and that <br /> he would much rather see it stay the way it is, but it is the <br /> best alternative that they could think of and that he i <br /> quite impressed with the plan and crone o the residents <br /> have any. objections. <br /> Earle Marsters aced if anybody present was opposed to the <br /> plan? The members from the Tribal Council said that they <br /> were opposed until their land is straightened out and the <br /> fact that they were not not i f i-ed. Mr . Niven said that he was <br /> in favor. The plan will be reviewed at the next meeting. <br /> Definitive Plan - Quinnaguisset & Quipi h Rd. <br /> Richard chard Ferrara said that the changes that the Town Engineer <br /> recommended were made relating to drainage and placing an <br /> arc , He said that he did not have the easement on two lots. <br />
