Morse to tering thea to the rre t hearing in order <br /> to discuss the issue of completion , <br /> The secretary was asked to send Atter. Morse a letter stating <br /> that 50 is due for an extra inspection of Sea Oaks <br /> Condominiums, <br /> Submission of DeDeer Cro i rrc <br /> Carl Grasetti appeared before the Planning Board with the <br /> definitive submission of the sub-division plan to legally <br /> divide the Bes-tner Tracks of land. He requested a date f-or a <br /> public hearing to break' the parcel into Awo lots. He said <br /> that the changes the Board asked for have been made. <br /> Chairman Dubin asked if the parcel carne before the Planning <br /> Board in any other context's lir. Grasetti replied that it is <br /> before the Board as s multi -family complex. He asked if it <br /> were appropriate to try to sandwich the sub-division and the <br /> multi-family hearing t oge-ther? Dick Dubin said that the sub- <br /> division <br /> ub-- <br /> di i ion plan w u1d be first and the other one would be held <br /> two hearings after that . Earle Mar tern said that he has to <br /> go through the formal application as outlined. Note: Form C <br /> was not submitted and will be brought in to the Town Cl-erk. <br /> The fee was paid. The certified abutters list will b <br /> brought i n t The hearing will be set up for September 19. <br /> The Board addressed the issue of Wags Road commenting that <br /> they would like to see it cert as much as possible. <br /> Mid-iron <br /> Charles Rowley explained that upon review of the plan he <br /> discovered that two paved waterways had not been constructed. <br /> He said that the grade of the road did not allow for i t , He <br /> suggested that John Larders- au 1 e + submit a letter to the <br /> Planning Board. He said that all they have left to do is the <br /> bounds and to fix two pieces of black top and thea there will <br /> be a final inspection. The secretary was asked to send a <br /> letter o John Landers-Caul ear stating that the Board concurs <br /> with the elimination of two paved waterways and that it i <br /> subject to a final inspection, <br /> The secretary was also asked to send a letter to Holmes <br /> McGrath stating that the Planning Board has incurred a bi l 1 <br /> in the Burn of 0 for an extra in p ction of Mid-Iron Way and <br /> that it is the policy of the Board to ask that the applicant <br /> pay, <br />
