Attorney Morse said the <br /> plans dropped off complied with the requirements of the Board <br /> and that he would be willing to submit a letter to go along <br /> with any town requirements with regard to the whole complex. <br /> He said that their immediate problem is that would 1 i e to <br /> put down some binder to get rid of dust at the entrance way. <br /> He said that there armee four buildings pretty much up with one <br /> building being completed and eligible for occupancy permits. <br /> He asked if they could lay the binder to a certain point sub- <br /> ject <br /> ub- <br /> ject to the whale access road being approved and to get a re- <br /> lease for the occupancy permits. <br /> Charles Rowley sa.i d that plan was never brought in to the <br /> Planning Board for their review at any time other than the <br /> first Indian Acres Plan. <br /> Attorney Morse asked if the Board of Appeals seat a copy o <br /> the site plan o the Planning Board's Earle Marst ers said that <br /> the plans have to come to the Planning Board after a special <br /> permit is issued. Review was made of their Special Permit , <br /> Earle commented that part of the special permit is that roads <br /> be constructed in accordance with the Town of Mashpee regula- <br /> tions <br /> egula- <br /> tions and that they be approved prior to the start of the <br /> building construction . Attorney Morse said that landscape <br /> renderings have been given to the Board of Appeals. Earle <br /> Marsters said that the landscaping should be done before any <br /> occupancy permits are issued. One of the developers said <br /> that there is no way that they can get the landscaping done <br /> until they get the buildings in. He said that there is 75 <br /> feet to the first building. Earle Marster s. said there is not <br /> supposed to be any bu i 1 d.i gs within the first 100 feet . Th e <br /> developer said that the pavement has to be pct in before <br /> doing the landscaping. <br /> Chairman Dubin asked the Town Engineer if there is a danger <br /> to their paving prier to his review? Charles Rowley said <br /> that it Is not fair to giving this particular prof ec-t <br /> preference to doing some h i ng out of turn. Chairman Dubin <br /> said that the problem is that the plans were not submitted <br /> prior to the start of building construction and that they <br /> have been asking for them for three months. <br /> Attorney [horse asked what the Board-'-s pos i t i:on was as far as <br /> getting occupancy permits and being able to put the road <br /> down . Chairman Dubin said that they would have to come back <br /> to the Board's next meeting in ander to put the road down and <br /> that they could contact the engineer in the meantime a far his <br /> review. Charles Rowley eye said that he would review the <br />
