He said there is no filling in <br /> happening there . <br /> Mr. Petantro said he didn't mean it was being done in Seabrook Village . <br /> Atty. Kirrane asked Mfr. Sexton to elaborate to the Board what his <br /> credentials and experience were , 1r. Sexton stated he 's been in earth <br /> science , he 's a r ,gistered geologist and he was a, geophysicist in <br /> California and he 's clone expiration for large construction sites.. <br /> Mr. Dubin said ix' 1981 the town voted on zofAng in this area and these <br /> issues should have been before the town, so it 's not something to take <br /> lightly as the town voted . <br /> Mrs .
