He said the <br /> road drainage will come into AF.A.-OW paint and easement and subsurface <br /> drainage pitch , It has a catch basin so if the system is overta ed, <br /> it will flow out of the catch basin and into the abandoned bog. <br /> There 'll be a leaching system in the open space and water will flow <br /> into two catch b sisn and into a trench, It's designed for a 10 year <br /> storm. <br /> Vern Thomas asked about the right of ways that were on that property <br /> that goes to two 'houses as he doesn't see thea. <br /> Mr. McGrath said they've show the rights they have by actual deed , <br /> When asked what's going to happen with those two nights of wars , he <br /> said the actual deed says the wars go accross the dike and the plan <br /> indicates an easement, He said Mr. Koch 's is on, the open space and they <br /> don't propose to change it. <br /> Mrs . Koch said her deed goes back to 1824 and the road has been a way <br /> ince then, <br /> Dan Pa.tantro, a Falmouth abuttor and scientist and engineer, expressed <br /> his concern about water quality, He feels the septic i0s going to go <br /> into Hamblin Pond because the flow 19s going that way, As in other <br /> developments he 's seen people come in with fill on the bogs , he felt <br /> this development should be watched very closer <br /> Frank , who lives in Seabrook Village , said he thinks it 's <br /> one of the nicest areas in lshpee . He said there is no filling in <br /> happening there . <br /> Mr. Petantro said he didn't mean it was being done in Seabrook Village . <br /> Atty. Kirrane asked Mfr. Sexton to elaborate to the Board what his <br /> credentials and experience were , 1r. Sexton stated he 's been in earth <br /> science , he 's a r ,gistered geologist and he was a, geophysicist in <br /> California and he 's clone expiration for large construction sites.. <br /> Mr. Dubin said ix' 1981 the town voted on zofAng in this area and these <br /> issues should have been before the town, so it 's not something to take <br /> lightly as the town voted . <br /> Mrs . Peters said people didn't know what they voted on. Mr. Benwa <br /> said ancone at town meeting can ask for the article to be read, so if <br /> any person who didn't a -k should have . <br />
