He felt the plans submitted <br /> to this Board were in keeping with the spirit and intent of the rules <br /> and regulations, and he hoped the Board would act favorably on the <br /> request, <br /> The Board took the plan under advisement , <br /> Angelo Russo of Sea Mist Condos returned with a revised landscaping <br /> plan. Mr. Rowley ley said he was going to take another loop regarding the <br /> drainage to see if he said it was alright to change to -a leaching pit. <br /> Mr. Marsters and Mr.. Dubin felt this plan was an improvement over the <br /> i <br /> prior one <br /> . Marsters thanked Mr. Russo for his willingness to come before the <br /> Board and thinks the plan will d , subject to a review of the drainage , <br /> The Board kept a copy and Mr. Russo also presented a copy of the pro- <br /> posed sign, <br /> Mr. I ars to rs said the sign would have to be approved by the Building <br /> Inspector and the Design Review Committee , <br /> Atty. K i rrane came before the Board representing Bruce Besse and Beech- <br /> wood Point . He said he was contacted subsequent to Mr. Bese 's last <br /> appearance before the Board to move matters along in order to get a <br /> final approval on the pre-application stage , He would like an indi- <br /> cation of what the Board wants , what applies and what doesn't apply. <br /> He wants to clarify the issue to come back before the Board in July. <br /> Mr. Marsters stated Mr. Besse did a good job of bringing this along <br /> andwas very cooperative until the last step f going before the Design <br /> Review Committee . He said it only needs to go before the DRC for <br /> final approval and thea everything else les all set , Mr. Rowley said <br /> he would have a final report for the July 18 meeting, <br /> Nor, Marsters told Atty. Kirrane to ask the Design Review Committee <br /> secretary for a copy of the changes they requested , He sale they <br /> would be meeting the 18th and he could make both meetings that night. <br /> Atty. Kirrane said they would . <br />
