F Saban o
C-IRf
P. O. BOX 1108
MASHPEE. MA 02849
PLANNING BOARD MINUTES 6/27184 Cont Id. Page 6
Carl Grassetti came before the Board for Deer Crossing, He said the
Board had previously voted on their pre-application plan and thea
could proceed to the definitive stage , He said Mr. Rowley reviewed
the plan and requested several corrections be made and he wanted to
clarify those and asked if those changes are made , can he proceed .
Mr. Rowley said he made a suggestion regardint the access for Whiting's
Road for the future . Mr. Grassetti asked if he wanted this shown on
the linen and Mr. Rowley said yes ,
Mr. Mtrs said a mate should be on the plan saying it was for future
extension,
Mr. Rowley said another concern was the drainage as they had the bull
f the parking coming into two bas i n and two leaching pits and the
pits might not be Sufficient . He said they have to have closed drainage
system within the dotted area,. He also said he will want to see
sufficient data at the definitive stage showing it 's enough to handle
it . He also wants to see the head wall. Another concern was the
entrance war -w the plan showed an island in the middle with two
narrower roadways which conflicted with the parking area. This was
revised on the plan shown tonight and Mr. Rowley felt it was an im-
provement,
m-parovement, but he Suggested they clearly define the entrance and a
30' wide entrance was plenty.
Ir. rasstti said they were thinking trucks so they would like to
go to501 if they could. Mr. Rowley said if they have to have a wider
throat it was okay but they shouldn't go any wider than absolutely
necessary, but they could wank that detail out .
Mr.. Grasse tti asked the Board where does he go from here . Mr. Marsters
said he now has to go back to every board and bring the finished project.
Mr. Dubin told hien to just go through the list according to 9.832 of
the zofaing by-laws , this would be 10 copies of the final revision t
the Town Clerk with ars application.
The Board told Mr. Gassetti he wo ld0#have to do a subdivision for the
road t -gain the 2001 frontage and an application for multi-family.
They said he should get his subdis i n ahead of his m/f so when he
goes for the m/f permit he has the required 20 ' frontage , Mir. Grassetti
agreed
The Board signed a plan abandoning a subdivision for Deer Crossing as
the 20-day appeal period had passed .
