Kirrane appeared before the Board representing Edward Grogan. <br /> He presented a definitive plan with a Form C and requested a public <br /> hearing to abandon a subdivision on Meetinghouse Rd. <br /> The Board voted to hold the hearing on July 18. Atty. Kirrane said <br /> he would submit the 200 fee the next day, <br /> Petitioner: Mr. Sach <br /> Submitted by; William Warwick <br /> Location: Quinaquisset Ave * & Simons Narrow Rd. <br /> Ir. Dubin abstained. <br /> !r. Warrick said his client has 2 lots and wants to create 4 lots <br /> which will -meet zoning. He wants to know what kind of road he should <br /> put in, He wants to put a 402 ]payout and 6" gravel with shells . <br /> The Board disagreed with the idea and said it required a paved road <br /> 2 ' width and 60' radius . <br /> Mr. Warwick said going into the proposed multi-family section he was <br /> going to put a 501 entrance road and go back into a dul-de-sac . The <br /> question was dividing it into 3 lots . Mr. 1arsters asked if he would <br /> have frontage on the 3rd lot. The Board suggested he come in with <br /> 501 entranceway and then into a 40t layout for the subdivision to <br /> lot 3 for the multi-family, <br /> The Board discussed the memo from Joe Murphy regarding amending <br /> Section 5 .5 of the zoning by--laws - the grandfather clause .
