A quorurn was declared with the <br /> following.members.present: Richard.Ha! rn, Kevin. hack- tt and'David Harsch Jill Alien and Fran Laporte <br /> were absent. Also In attendance: Leila Botsford , Ecutive Director/Board Secretary and Adrienne <br /> Danner, HAC. <br /> The chairperson sipped ahead to old Business/Breezy Acres Expansion/Great cove <br /> Community Update so that Ms, Danner could give her report and then be excused, <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Breezy Acres Eximnsion/Great Cove Community Update: Ms. Danner was present for the meeting, and <br /> announced that just today a letter was received stating that the DHCD closing attorney had been <br /> assigned, so now the attorneys will move towards a closing. It may still tale 6-8 weeks to close. Mr. <br /> Halpern stated that Mrs. Botsford is the signatory for the housing authority and has authorization to sign <br /> anything that comes up before the net meeting.
