A quorum was declare with the following members present: Fran Laporte, Kevin ShackettF Jill Allen and David Harsch. Richard Halpern was absent. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the regular meeting hold on.dune 13, 2013 were railed to members before the meeting. A motion was made by Mr. shaft and seconded by Ms. Aden to accept the minutes as presented. The motion was adopted. TREASURER'S REPORT: Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining that there were several year-end adjustments the fee accountant needed to rale, but this was a preliminary report for our fiscal year-end for 2013.
