A quorum was declare with the <br /> following members present: Fran Laporte, Kevin ShackettF Jill Allen and David Harsch. Richard Halpern <br /> was absent. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting hold on.dune 13, 2013 were railed to members before the meeting. A <br /> motion was made by Mr. shaft and seconded by Ms. Aden to accept the minutes as <br /> presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee <br /> accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining that there were several year-end adjustments the <br /> fee accountant needed to rale, but this was a preliminary report for our fiscal year-end for 2013. <br /> Page 1 of <br />
