F <br /> The first was from DHCD announcing Mr. Laporte"s reappointment until September , . <br /> Mrs. Botsford gave Mr. Laporte a copy of the letter. <br /> The second was a letter from the Town of Mashpee, Community Preservation Committee, <br /> granting approval for additional funding for the Housing Assistance Program 10 ,00more in <br /> year two and $100,000 more in year three , We just need voter support and approval at the <br /> October Town Meeting. <br /> The third and fourth items of communication were from the fire &Fescue Department dated July <br /> . One states that it is requiring that mulch not be applied within 18"of the building. So, next <br /> year we will have to budget to install gravel around the perimeter of the building Homeyer <br /> viliage . The other states that it is requiring us to include the entire half circle in front of Asher's <br /> Path as a Fire Lane and install signage. currently about 1 of the circle is marked as fire lane. <br /> The other 1 is used for quick pick up/drop off. The change is a result of problems with parked <br /> cars in this area impeding fire and rescue vehicles on calls. Vincent will be getting quotes for this <br /> work and it will be done as soon as possible.
