Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> November 1 , 200 <br /> Route 1303ikepath Extension: <br /> An application for CPA fundmng was received from the Director of Public <br /> Works for the Route 130 Bikepath extension. The amount of CPA <br /> funding request is $134,,000. <br /> It was been determined the project is ineligible for funding through the <br /> CPA Act. The.project was with lr wn by the applicant. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Liaison Assignments—U elate: <br /> 1 la h ee villa e Recapitalization-,$90,535: <br /> An invoice was received from The Community Builders regarding <br /> renovation wofk completed at the Mashpee Village. There were several <br /> questions regarding some of the work and the ability to CPA fund. It was <br /> agreed the matter would be further reviewed and clarified at the next CPC <br /> Meeting. <br /> Heritage Park Expansion--Phase 11: <br /> site visit was recently conducted by CPC members. Work is <br /> progressing favorably. An updated inventory of expenditures to elate was <br /> presented to the CPC for additional review. <br /> One Room Schoolhouse: <br /> Invoices relative to the progress of the One Room Schoolhouse were also <br /> submitted to the CPC. The project -is on task. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Payment Requisitions: <br /> The CPC Committee discussed the process for approving payment <br /> requisitions. It was agreed that future payment requisition submissions <br /> would be initialized at the total sum to signify its final approval. <br />
