Carroll for a Determination <br /> of Aolicability on the proposed upgrade of an existing septic system at 12 <br /> Squaws Lane, Assessors Map 117, Block 82. <br /> Michael Grotzke appeared representing the Carrolls. <br /> Bob Sherman stated that they had received a notice from the Town Treasurer that <br /> money is owed on the property. we cannot issue until that is resolved. <br /> This is the plan of the subject. The reason we are here, this is in the middle <br /> f the flood plain with houses -all around it.
