Mr. Sherman stated <br /> there is one. <br /> The Chair stated he would be willing to tell hire no. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to release work on the dock as soon as <br /> the Commission receives an Amended order, a comprehensive re- <br /> vegetation plan that is accepted and have a statement from the <br /> contractor already paid to put the plants in by this plan and an <br /> acknowledgement from the Sissons that plans are to be followed <br /> and not just a piece of paper. Unanimous vote. <br /> Land Management Conference: To be held at Bridgewater State College <br /> on January 17th , 8:45 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. The Agent felt one member of <br /> the Commission should attend. Fee is $10. Carol Moore agreed to attend. <br /> wrrik: Certificate of Compliance requested on the house. The vista <br /> pruning was on with the dock. Mr. Sherman stated he would not issue on the <br /> dock but there is no reason not to on the house. He would put in a <br /> continuing condition that no vista pruning is to go on the property of any <br /> kind without the express written approval of the Commission. The <br /> Commission agreed. <br /> Budget: Copies distributed. The Agent explained the transfers. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the budget as proposed b <br /> the Agent. Unanimous vote. <br /> .The Char asked, regarding the Air Force proposal, if Town Counsel had been <br /> heard from on the agreement for services. Mr. Sherman stated no. He <br /> received a voice mail message from Bill Fisher who has great reservations <br /> about this approach. He suggested to Mr. whritenour that Bill Fisher be put <br /> in touch with ' own Counsel. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to request of Mr. whritenour that Bill <br /> Fisher be authorized to discuss this with Town Counsel. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br />
