Craig <br /> Johnson was present. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there is a problem with this. He went to the site and <br /> what Mr. Meltzer stated he wants for a dock is not what is there. There was <br /> a previous problem with a deck added before receiving a permit. He asked if <br /> the plan presented is what he proposes to build? Mr. Johnson stated yes, he <br /> does wart to build to this plan. Mr. Sherman stated he will have to go to <br /> Board of Appeals and contact the Harbormaster. He asked Mr. Johnson to <br /> tell Mr. Meltzer to remove the two illegal floats. lir. Johnson stated-they <br /> were placed there temporarily. They can be removed immediately. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated Mr. Meltzer added to a structure. Floats were added <br /> making it part of the structure. It is not under Chapter 91, the Act, or <br /> Chapter 172. The plan can be taken under advisement. He asked if they had <br /> date with Board of Appeals. They do. An enforcement order should b <br /> issued. <br /> Pubhc comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to continue the hearing to 21 September <br /> 2000 at 7:30 o p.m. at the request of the applicant.
