MOTION: Carol Moore made a Motion for Negative-3 <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 05-Chilton Development Company, Inc. Application, 138 <br /> Waterway, a continuance from November 16, 2000 . NOI <br /> The Chairman recognized Michael Grotske, representing <br /> Chilton Development. Mr. Grotske made reference to a plan, <br /> stating it has been revised. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he is Teased with the plan, the house <br /> has been moved back to a more acceptable distance, the buffer has <br /> been enhanced. He noted however, that the vista corridor was not <br /> included in the original proposal raking it necessary for <br /> Applicant to file for an amended order. He also expressed <br /> concern for the loss of approximately 21-sizeable trees .
