Counsel for New Se bury has requested a meeting with Mashpee <br /> Water District, CCC Tater Resource Specialist, and Mashpee <br /> Conservation Connissio for the purpose of discussion of the <br /> proposed project . <br /> At this point Ms. Tw mbler requested a thirty-day extension <br /> outside of the twenty-one day period) in order~ to discuss the <br /> matter at hand and to examine possible reconfiguration of the <br /> project. <br /> (There was discussion regarding water supply impact issues. ) <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if CCC Staff would be present at any all <br /> proposed discussions; to which Ms. Twomble r replied, "Yes" . e <br /> expressed concern that Conservation Commission be present for <br /> conservation issues only. He further suggested that discussion <br /> be included to focus on that portion of the proposed project <br /> concerning the existing marina and spinnaker Cave salt marsh) <br /> i areas. <br /> . Twombley presented a draft letter for approval/signature <br /> by the Chairman of the Conservation Commission. <br /> Mr. Talbot react into the record: "Regarding ars Extension of <br /> the twenty-one day decision period on the Application for <br /> Jurisdiction of Determination for development by New S abury, <br /> Corporation in Mashpee. Pursuant to Section 1 the Cape Cod <br /> Coni s s i on Act Chap. 716 of the Acts of 1989 as amended, I John <br /> Fitzsimmons, Chair of Mashpee Conservation Commission, the <br /> Applicant for the proposed Jurisdictional Determination for the <br /> development at New Seabury as outlined in the New sebury IIR <br /> dated October 2000, hereby agree to extend the limit for decision <br /> by the Cape Cod Commission on this Application for a <br /> Jurisdictional Determination. I hereby agree to extend this <br /> decision time limit to the close of business on March 30, 2001. <br /> Mile negotiations are taking place I agree that this time will <br /> not be calculated in the twenty-one day decision period required <br /> by Section 2 of the Administrative Regulations of the Cape Cod <br /> Commission At.
