11. CCC Staff Report Mashpee Commons/Trout Pond -- Mr. <br /> Sherman reported he was not In attendance for this meeting, no <br /> filings have yet been made. <br /> 12 . Suggested boiler plate condition/stabilizing disturbed <br /> areas - Mr. Sherman provided a copy of materials to Michael <br /> Talbot, requesting that he review and contact him with comments. <br /> 13 . Monies for Herring Gates - Mr. Sherman reported an <br /> Article has been submitted for a temporary loam to the Herring <br /> warden, as well as for emergency funding from the Finance <br /> Committee. <br /> 14 . Letter/Torn Counsel - Assessing the original letter <br /> concerning 10A floats and jurisdiction. Mr. Sherman suggested <br /> consideration by the Regulatory Committee. <br /> 15 . other - Diane Boretos suggested consideration ofSub- <br /> Committee meetings on a regular basis (once a month) for the <br /> purpose of discussion of policies, training, etc, to be presented <br /> to the Commission during a scheduled meeting. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1 . Problems at the Farley Hog - Mr. Sherman informed the <br /> Commission that a situation exists whereby Mr. Handy has <br /> proceeded to dig a reservoir without the benefit of finalized <br /> plans, or approval from Mr. Liptack to do so. <br /> The Sub-Committee recommends Mr. Handy be advised of his <br /> responsibility to correct any and all damage to land owned by <br /> Fish and Game; a letter of reprimand be sent to Mr. Handy, to be <br /> signed by the Chairman; develop a memorandum of Understanding <br /> for future modifications made to the land; development of a more <br /> detailed plan and MRCS contact regarding erosion control and <br /> slope stabilization. <br /> Executive session , <br /> The Conservation Cormnission entered into Executive Session <br /> at 9 : 35 p.m. A Motion having been duly made. and seconded to do <br /> so.
