x <br /> Mute Swan circle, Assessors Map 84, Block 37 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Peter Sullivan, Civil Engineer, <br /> representing Applicant. <br /> References were being made to "Site Plan, Proposed <br /> Boardwalk, Pier, Rasp, and Float, Located at 5 Mute Swam Circle, <br /> Ma h ee, bill : The site is part of 1Tillowbend Development and is <br /> located on Shoestring Bay. <br /> The p pro ject ro osed consist of a four foot wide boardwalk <br /> with handrail on one side, 41 x 41 construction, the height over <br /> the marsh equals 1 , deck spacing � ��� r�inimur the pier <br /> � <br /> consists of standard timber construction to a 31 wide ramp to an <br /> 1 x 121 float with tie of f pilings. <br /> shellfish survey has been completed.; a total. of "three,, <br /> shellfish have been found. Public access will be provided under <br /> the pier, with a 51 minimum clearance between the high mean/low. <br /> Minimum lighting is proposed, 25-watt bulbs, with a switch on <br /> either end. <br /> The commission suggested plastic grating over the marsh area <br /> to allow fox maximum Light penetration. <br /> ms. Boretos explained this to' be two separate projects, the <br /> Boardwalk and the view Corridor. <br /> At this point, the Chairman recognized Wayne . ' a cares, who ' - <br /> explained <br /> rho ' - <br /> eplained the boardwalk project to be a water dependent structure <br /> from the BvW out; and the view corridor, which is non-water <br /> dependent . 'there should be two separate Notices of Intent . <br /> M-r. Tavares stated he -has two - plans to present to the <br /> Cor nission; one which has been filed -with the Commission, the <br /> other is revised, reflecting changes to the original. . <br /> Mr. Rosenberg clarified any plan presented at this Meeting <br /> must have been received by the Commission five days prior to <br /> this date (available for public review) ; if it was not, the <br /> Corm i s s i ori is -unable t address it at this Hearing. <br /> Ms . B ret s recommended approval of the. pie `; that the <br /> Order- of Conditions require fiberglass material over the salt <br /> marsh portion of the pier; and that this proposed project <br /> coincide with the vista pruning corridor '(when and if proposed) . <br /> The Commission agreed this matter should be continued to <br /> allow Applicant the opportunity ,to file/present plans for both <br /> the water and upland portion of the proposed project. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> _ _ <br /> i <br />
