Mr. <br /> sanici stated he has not had the opportunity to revise the Plan <br /> to indicate said change as he had only been notified on December <br /> 12th. He suggested the Conmiss.ion include this as a Condition. <br /> Ms . Boretos provided pictures of the site for benefit of the <br /> Commission. she mace reference to the length of the stairway and <br /> possible decks (landings) . she explained the sloe is very <br /> gradual and made reference to an existing path through the BVW to <br /> the water. she suggested the stairway be reduced at th.e slope <br /> and be relocated through the existing path (which would preserve <br /> large oak tree) . <br /> Mr. sanicl i explained the stairway had been positioned to <br /> lessen erosion impacts, and that the reason for the stairway is <br /> to provide access to an elderly relative. <br /> � _ <br />
