New Business <br /> 1. Route 2uinnaquisset grater main break. Bob vent to the site this morning and <br /> they left a pile of dirt there, which was supposed to be removed. Bob also said the <br /> crack found by Steve Turley is getting bigger all the time and the headwall at the base <br /> of the bridge is now slumping over and is ready to go. <br /> 2. Policy on revised vier corridors. Bob said we often have occasions wheneo le <br /> p p <br /> have an approved vista pruning plan, he goes to the site, and he and applicant decide <br /> to rove it with the sane width. His question is can such a staff decision be made <br /> i <br /> without their filing for a neer plan. All agreed that a neer plan is not required. <br /> i <br /> 3. Table of Fees of other Cape Cod Conservation Commissions. Bob distributed this <br /> table prepared by Pauline. He said we are about in the middle, and he asked that the <br /> members look it over and decide if we grant to increase our fees. Elliot said he's heard <br /> Joyce Mason's n's comm nt on the probability that we will not get any money in the <br /> budget for any additional help for Bob. used on this, he moved that we increase our <br /> fees by 20%. Bob said the Town's share of the State filing fees which goes to the <br /> Conservation Commission has always been used to pay for Aqua's salary, and the <br /> i receipts for this year are almost enough for that. The Ton's fees go to the general <br /> fund. Joyce told Bob the most vire can hope for is funding for a part-time person. <br /> lliot's motion is that we propose to raise fees by 20% provided that vire have the right <br /> to use that money for salary and assistance for the Conservation Agent. Bob said the <br /> Selectmen would have to approve that. <br /> Hean*n-q A yen Jai <br /> 7:00 p.m., Wayne Gent, 118 Summersea Road (vista pruning). Dave Consalvi <br /> represented the applicant. Bob recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:05 p.m., Popponesset Beach Association (beach cleaning/raking). Bob said he's <br /> been working with this group for a couple of months, the language in a previous permit <br /> has been fine tuned, and he recommends approval. <br /> Miction made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this application. <br /> 7:10 p.m., John West, 141 Timberland Dave (construct an addition, sunroom and <br /> deck, rebuild retaining gall . ,John vest presented the plan. Bob said all <br /> requirements have been met. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the application. <br /> 7:15 p.m,, Michael ole sad , 18 Capstan Circle (replace and modify existing dock). <br /> Michael oleksak presented the plan. Bob recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the application. <br />
