Lynne Haml n represented the applicant.. Bob <br /> recommended approval. <br /> Motion made} seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:40 p.m,, Mashpee Water District, Meetinghouse road (construct a paged drive for <br /> water tank access and installation of a water main with appurtenances). Lynne Haml n <br /> represented the applicant and presented the plan. Bob said he doesn't have any <br /> problem With their suggestion of cleaning the slash and evaluating it in mid-summer <br /> with the idea that the Commission will reserve the right to require plantings as we deem <br /> necessary. <br /> Ms. Haml n suggested they revegetate the steep slopes rather than use chips which <br /> could clog up drainage area and that could be undertaken now and see what happens <br /> over the spring growing season. she picked out a number of native plants from our list <br /> and noted that any change would be submitted to the Commission for approval. <br /> Michael said he'd fine to reserve the right for the Commission to make suggestions for <br /> the species that might be appropriate. <br /> Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan with the <br /> condition that the area be cleaned up now and the planting plan be approved by the <br /> Conservation Agent. <br /> 7:45 p,m., Dominick and Eunice Til eri , 1ckwa r Bay (vista pruning with <br /> maintenance in perpetuity). Bob said the plan has been drawn in accordance with our <br /> specifications and he recommends approval with the boiler plate Order of Conditions <br /> for all vista prunings. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan and issue the <br /> standard Order of conditions for pruning. <br /> 7:50 p.m., Richard Wunder, 57 Frog Pond close (vista pruning with maintenance in <br /> perpetuity). Joseph Nardelli represented the applicant. Bob said the usual formula has <br /> been followed and he recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan with the <br /> standard order of Conditions for pruning. <br /> 7:55 p.m., Turning Mill Consultant, 51 Devon street (construction of deck). Tim <br /> Scales, owner of the house: was present. Bob recommended approval. <br />
