the project plans and documents, we are unable to review this project for comment on
potential fisheries impact. We therefore recommend that consideration of this project
be postponed until the necessary documents have been submitted..."
Mr. Sanicki reviewed his correspondence and said a copy of the plan was seat to the
Division of Marine Fisheries. As f r as he knows, they have not opined on it
Bob mentioned that this was a new wrinkle. He doesn't think here is a protocol to this
matter and the DI IF has never been involved in the past unless asked to. While he has
no problem with. the plan, he could not recommend approval until we hear from the
DMF, so he recommended a continuation.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuation to May
at 7:30 p.m., at the request of the applicant.
7:26 p.m., Elizabeth spo r, 342 and 353 Monomoscoy Road (continued from
4/10/03). Dave Sanicli represented the applicant and presented the plan, whereby the
float vAII never hit the ground. Bob, Perry Ellis and Rick York have approved the plan.
Motion made} seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan.
7:30 p, ., Elizabeth B ohr, 338 Monomo coy Toad (continued from 10/03). Dave
Sanicl i represented the applicant and presented the plan. Bob, Perry Ellis and Rick
York have approved the plan.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan.
7:35 p,m., Peter Ma glione,, 30 Ockway Bay (continued from 10/03). Dave Sanicl i
represented the applicant. Bob said at some points the pool is 35 feet or similar
distances to the W- because a pool is an accessory structure, it doesn't qualify for
less than 50 ft. without a waiver, and the waiver provisions are used upon the
compellin ness of the meed. They have a house already, and a pool is not a compelling
need, so Bob is not ready to recommend a pool that is less than 50 ft. ever. Bob has
no problem with the request for a small addition on the garage.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to May 8th at
7:35 p.m., at the request of the applicant.
7:40 p.m., sal and James Spataro, 440 Lathan Ellis Highway, lit. 151 (continued
from 4/10/03).
Michael Talbot stepped down for this he caring, because the applicant is his landlord.
