Bob said the applicant has received a violation, he met vAth hire at the site, and the <br /> applicant is in the process of correcting it, but Bob hasn't been notified of any progress <br /> on it . Also, the plan as originally submitted doesn't conform to our submittal <br /> requirements, which Bob mentioned to the engineer on the project, it doesrYt conform <br /> F rith our requirement in terms of staking ensuring the B W, and there are some grading <br /> problems. Bob recommended we continue for a month. <br /> Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to May 22 at <br /> :00 p.m., provided that the applicant requests the continuance within five days. <br /> Otherwise, the application will be denied <br /> 7:45 p,m., Ellen slaty, 400 Brass's Way (upgrade failed septic system). John <br /> Churchill, JC Engineering, represented the applicant. Jack read a letter from the Board <br /> of Health saying the project may require denitrification with UV. lir. Churchill said he <br /> just had a ,meeting with the Board of Health and learned that they wart an alternative <br /> r <br /> system, so he vAll be revising the plan to reflect that. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to May 8th at <br /> 7:40 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:50 p.m., Catherine a Hilton, 81 Lighthouse Lane (install storage slued and fence). Bob <br /> described the project and recommended approval. <br /> Motion ,made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the project subject to the <br /> pian indicating that the fence will be no more than 18" high and 1 ft. off ground. <br /> 7:55 p.m., Willowben country Club Inc., Riverview Avenue, Quinaquisset Avenue <br /> and Quippish Avenue (install sewer rain from Cot it Bay Condominiums s to Willowbend <br /> treatment facility). Army Ball, Horsley & Wi ten, represented the applicant and presented <br /> the plan.
