Mr. McQuaid stated Mr. Costa did instruct <br /> him to issue a citation to Mr. Regan. <br /> , Costa stated in speaking with Mr. Regan he did indi- <br /> cate he would forward a copy of the cancelled check, however <br /> no information has been provided. <br /> Mr, Doherty questioned whether this Board should act on <br /> the variance request as a legal issue is pending. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated the applicant did submit revised <br /> plans as breakout calculations were incorrect.
