Bridge wa- <br /> ter: I a,m. Mr. McQuaid requested attending <br /> this seminar. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 10, ) of Commerce. McQuaid in-- <br /> formed^ the Board he did forward comments on two upcoming <br /> hearings, Eynatian and airopoulos . <br /> 12 . copy well and septic layout for-WnMr. <br /> McQuaid informed the Board this is a pre-existing suhdivi- <br /> sion. At the time of plan sUbmittal well and septic layouts <br /> were not a requirement of this Board. Thengi'nee was in- <br /> formed a topographic plot plan of each individual lot will be <br /> required prior to approval . <br /> 13 , ) Variance rea,u s ., salzer, Whippoorwill Circle - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed this Board did require a perc test in the vi- <br /> cinity of the proposed leaching facility. Ground water el- <br /> evation was observed at 31' -below the surface, which does not <br /> Meet Title v requirements.. The engineer is proposing a con- <br /> crete retaining wall and will raise the natural ground sur- <br /> ae elevation from 4 feet to 9 .9 feet. Final grade at the <br /> foundation will be 11 . 5 feet. <br /> Ir. Greelish continued this variance request as the en- <br /> gineer is expected during the course of this meeting.. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Peter Sullivan, (Baxter & Nye) , colella septic <br /> plan <br /> Mr, Sullivan was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment, <br /> p- <br /> pointme t. Abutters present: Mr. & Mrs, Kumin and ,fir, <br /> Richard Fur1 an i <br /> Nor. Sullivan presented certified mail receipts to the <br /> Board and explained they are proposing to upgrade the exist- <br /> ing system. The upgrade was designed to accommodate a three <br /> bedroom duelling. The well will be relocated to the easterly <br /> front corner of the lot. Variances requested are a local <br /> variance of 481 from owners well to septic, local variance of <br /> 1 from owners well to abutting septic, Kumin , Title v <br />
