Mr, McQuaid ques- <br /> tioned the location of Mr, a eroto's septic as the engineer <br /> verified its location per the owner of 49 Captains Row. <br /> There is a possibility of ground water contamination for both <br /> the owner- and abutter as ground water flow is from west t <br /> east. Mr, McQuaid recommended the engineer submit revised <br /> plans delineating alternative locations in which to. place <br /> septic and well and suggested a 'title v hearing. <br /> Board members agreedwith Mr, McQuaid's recommendations. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to hold a 'title v hearing at which time <br /> reprised plans shall be submitted delineating alternative lo- <br /> cations in which to place the well and leaching facility, Mr. <br /> Greelish seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: George East - variance, Wilsons Grove <br /> Mfr. East was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed plans were denied due to the depth <br /> of ground water. <br /> Mr. East .informed the Board the existing dwelling will <br /> be torn down and replaced with a two story dwelling. All <br /> residents in the area are hooked into High wood Vater. <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated. he has verified High wood connections <br /> to all abutting wells with exception of one lot which inain- <br /> tains a distance of 1101 . <br /> Mr. East commented the proposed dwelling will encompass <br /> 1000 square feet. Two bedrooms are proposed for the dwell- <br /> ing. <br /> Mr. McQuaid voiced his concern with the amount of fill <br /> o be brought in and suggested Mr, East question his abutter <br /> as to whether he proposes to upgrade his System. The State <br /> would only approve of the system under- an emergency situation <br /> and Mould stipulate no increase in living space. <br /> Ir. Costa motioned to deny the request for a variance <br /> due to ground water elevation, Mr. Gree l ish seconded. <br />
