Mr. Slavins y stated he is requesting the following <br /> variances: 451 local variance from owners septic to owners <br /> well , 471 local variance from owners well to abutters septic <br /> (lot 161) , 381 local variance from owners septic to abutting <br /> well ( lot 124) and a 391 local variance from owners septic to <br /> abutting well (lot 151) . Three bedrooms are proposed for the <br /> dwelling. <br /> Mr. Costa questioned two garages delineated on plans. <br /> Mr, Slavinsky stated only one garage is proposed. <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr. Slavinsky to submit final plans <br /> delineating one proposed garage. <br /> Mr. Slavinsy agreed. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to grant the variances as requested <br /> with the stipulation Mr. Slavinsky submit final plans delin- <br /> eating one garage, Mr. Greelish seconded. <br /> 13, ) Co trout d fro ear ier - Salt er 77 Whippoorwill - Mr. <br /> lavinsy informed the Board he is unable to strip 251 due to <br /> abutters property.
