Evans to Board re: High nitrate count 1 <br /> Heron circle - Mr. Evans relayed the owner has leukemia and <br /> may be subject to more illness than normally experienced by <br /> healthy individual . The owner was concerned about the <br /> hydra-seeding performed last summer. The well loci completion <br /> report does not indicate the well depth. Grater tests ini- <br /> tially indicated low or no nitrates, The most recent <br /> analysis revealed nitrates at 13 .0 and 16 . 0. Mr-. Evans re- <br /> layed he did recommend another sampling, <br /> Mr. Greelish directed Mr. Evans to inform the residents <br /> this Board is recommending they abandon the well , A new <br /> deeper well should be drilled in a location which 'gill main- <br /> tain adequate distance from 'the septic. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Baxter & Nye - Lane/Wilsons Grove <br /> Mr. Peter Sullivan and Mr, & Mrs, Lane were in atten- <br /> dance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr, Sullivan presented revised plans ] of rFe the ' Board <br /> and stated this Board had previously requested the owners in- <br /> dicate what the addition will be utilized for as lot dimen- <br /> sions <br /> i en- <br /> si ns in the subdivision are marginal for any type of new <br /> construction. When the perk test was performed around water <br /> was encountered t elevation 1.5. The primary system was de- <br /> s-i ned at 41 above the water table. There are two wells on <br /> the street. 100' feet is obtainable from abutting wells. <br /> The owner is requesting a sideline variance. <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned Mr. Sullivan as o whether~ the <br /> existing system is in failure. <br /> Mr. Sullivan responded no. <br />
