I <br /> MINUTES November 15, 1990 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Gree 1 i sh explained, this Board is- concerned with any <br /> new construction in that area due to lot dimensions. <br /> Mr. Evans recommended this Board review all lots within <br /> the subdivision that have requested upgrades to accommodate <br /> additions. <br /> Mr. Doherty commented homes, within this subdivision, <br /> were originally built as cottages. over time some residents <br /> have winterized them creatine a large amount of se tac a which <br /> the area was never intended for. If a system is in failure <br /> it must be brought up to Title v however, a condition of the <br /> upgrade is no expansion. Mr. Doherty further commented, <br /> variances were intended to relieve hardship, the system is <br /> not in failure and does not require to be upgraded. <br /> Mr. Lane stated his intentions are to winterize his <br /> home. <br /> Mr, Greelish relayed the problem must be solved on a <br /> community wide basis. These are extremely small lots and the <br /> .and is being overburdened, Mr, Greelish stated there are <br /> technical solutions to some of these problems, This variance <br /> request will be continued for two weeks pending Board and <br /> Agent review of homes within the subdivision. <br /> Mr. Doherty agreed. <br /> .
