MINUTES IVES March 20, 1989 6 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> 13, ) Upon written request, the Board of Health may vary the applica- <br /> bility <br /> pplica- <br /> bl1i , of one or more f these regulations,, if the Board fiends <br /> that the regulation(s) causes undue hardship and that the granting <br /> of the .va lance(s) would not be detrimental to the public health. <br /> All variances granted shall be in writing and shall be subject to <br /> additional conditions as the Board of Health may deem necessary. <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> Inspections will be conducted at least annually and shall be expected <br /> during reasonable hours. The Board of Hea I th , its Agent or the Animal <br /> Inspector of his assistant shall conduct the inspections. Failure to <br /> correct cited violations may result in the revocation of the permit, <br /> SEVERABILITY: <br /> In the event of any of these regulations shall be deemed invalid, any <br /> such regulation(s) shall be severed from the others which shall remain <br /> in full force and effect. <br /> FEALTIES. <br /> Any person, agent of firm who is found in violation of these regulations <br /> may be punished by a fine or not more than $200.00 per day the violation(s) <br /> continue. <br /> . variance request, .from 1000 gallon pit, 11 Tide Run - Mr. costa stated <br /> Jr .
