Memo from Town Accountant Encumbrances , Costa stated Weston <br /> Sampson has not submitted theirs Phase Ill contract with the town and <br /> requests they be contacted and reminded of this matter, <br /> APPOINTMENT: Roger Mi hniewicz (Eagle Eng. ) - Wi l lowbend Clubhouse <br /> Mr. Roger Michniwiz was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Costa uet i oned Mr. Michni,ewicz as to whether the Clubhouse is pro- <br /> posed <br /> ro- <br /> pos d to be tied into the treatment p1ant. <br /> M . Michniewicz stated ,yes. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that in order for Mr. Mihniewiz to ob- <br /> tain a building permit he submitted proposed plans for a 35 seat restaurant' <br /> and a 35 locker io kerroom which was approved by this office. Mr~. McQuaid <br /> stated plans were received f.rom an architect showing an eventual total of <br /> over boo seats for the restaurant, Mr. McQuaid stated plans for the 35 seat <br /> restaurant and 35 locker loc erroom were approved and commented subsequently <br /> Mr. Michniewicz called and stated the owner is revising septic plans to acco- <br /> modate a 15seat restaurant and a 125 locker -locl erroom. Mr. McQuaid ex- <br /> plained <br /> - <br /> plained that he informed -Mr, Mi hn ie i z that approval should be obtained from <br /> D.E. .E. . Mr. McQu i ad stated he is in receipt of a letter from D.E. ..E. dated <br /> June 1 , 1989 which states their approval for a 150 seat restaurant and a 125 <br /> locker l oc l e rroom. Mr.. McQuaid stated he spoke with Bret Powe from D,E. .E. <br /> who informed hire that, as lona as, the interim septic systems for the res- <br /> taurant and condominium building do not exceed 1!5,000 gallons a�pprov l• i l l <br /> be given. Mr. Mi hniewecz stated the owner <br /> would prefer i n l ud i•n the c l ubbo dse as opposed o. another condominium building. <br /> •`b - r <br /> AV <br /> Mr. Costa questioned Mr. Michniewicz as to the amount of condominium <br /> buildings proposed. <br /> Mr. Michniewicz stated 6 to 8 buildings were proposed, two of those <br /> have been completed. <br /> Mr. Costa informed Mr. Mihiniowlz this Board will approve plans as <br /> presented with the stipulation Mr. fihiniowicz consult with the Planning <br /> Board and have thea submit a letter to the Doa .d of Health stating their <br /> approval * <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned Mr. Michniewi z as to whether he has received <br /> water supply approval , <br /> M .
