suggested that they give him a 2002 permit so that he could open the
restaurant.
Mr. Ball had no problem with that and suggested that the pro-rating part
that would have to be discussed at another time.
Mr. Sulliman was amendable to pro-rating his 2002 permit. Unless they
were worried about establishing a precedent. He felt that that was a very
fair thing to do since everyone else paid for a full year already. Tell him
what to do and he will write the check.
Mr. Ball stated that in this case he would agree with the pre-rating.
Mr, sulliman stated that he was planning on writing a check for the plant
review for$50.00 just let him know what the other amount would be.
Ms. Warden stated that this would be pending the health agent's final
inspection.
Mr, Harrington stated that Ms. Warden went through this afternoon. It
was a pretty good walk through. Ills. W rden knew the history from Gone
Tomatoes too. He felt that it was appropriate anyways because she was
able to point out a let of things that they had had problems with in the
other restaurant.
Mr. Ball asked if Ms, Grady was okay with all of this.
Ms, Grady stated that she was okay with this approach. She felt that one
of the biggest issues with the past restaurant was the acoustics,
Mr. Ball agreed with her and stated that he would go in there because of
that issue.
Mr. sulliman went through the list of improvements that have been made
to improve the acoustics, It was completely non-smoking. It is an
independent restaurant.
Mrs. Grady made a motion to approve a food establishment permit for
2002 and 2003 with a pro-rate for 2002 pending a final inspection by the
health agent. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. New BOH Policies
Mr, Bell asked if that was the well drillers policy.
