Warden stated that the contractors were waiting to hear what the
board members decision was on this issue.
Mr. Ball and Ms. Grady both replied that they would just have to wait.
Mr. Harrington stated that the contractors were supposed to be here and
they were not present. So that was fine.
B. Smoking Regulation
This was continued until there was a full board.
C. 32 .dames Circle x
Mr. Harrington stated that this was continued from the previous meeting.
Cape and Islands had not brought in revised plans in response to his
comments last time regarding this grandfathered property. This revised
plea had shorter distances to the wells before from the original variances
that were issued on the 1999 plan. He had made cape and Islands aware
that if they could get the primary SAS back to 1261 to the other well. They
would be back to the original distances. That way they could avoid the
board considering this as a new application along with the potential to
loss of their grandfathering.
Mr. Ball asked if cape and Islands had done that yet.
Mr. Harrington~ replied that they hadn't gene that yet. He just wanted to
update the board members on this status. The board had continued it
because they wanted to give therm the chance to comment, by the time
that they had commented he had let them know that they had already
given him this plan that was still out of compliance. He had wanted to
give therm one more chance to subunit a plan that is still in tune with the
1993 plan. If they come back in compliance then the Boil members
wouldn't see the plan, He would just go back and go ahead and approve
its
Mr. Ball and Ms. Grady were in agreement with this recommendation.
A.
