i <br /> Breezv Acres Ex ansion update: Mrs. Botsford reported that Gisele Gauthier HA was scheduled to <br /> ;{ come to the meeting, but she is sick and could not attend. A written report was given to the board and <br /> briefly discuissed. That report is attached to these minutes as Attachment . <br /> NEW BUSIiVESS: None <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> CPA (Community Preservation Act) updatelReport from liaison: Mr. Halpern had no update to report. <br /> Mr. Harsh brought up a couple things that were briefly discussed regarding offering services to other <br /> UHTC sites on the cape, maintenance issues (that there were none outstanding), and dump <br /> stickers/recycling at Breezy Acres. <br /> Mrs. Botsford requested that the board consider closing the one bedroom non-elderly/667 waiting list as <br /> there are currently 66 applicants on the list with a more than 10 year wait. In addition she recommens <br /> closing the one bedroom MRVP Project Based waiting list as there are currently 64 applicants on the fist <br /> alto with a more than 10 year wait. A motion was made by Mr. Shackett and seconded by Ms. <br /> Allen to close the one bedroom non-elderly handicapped/667 waiting fist and theone- <br /> bedroom MRIIP Project Based waiting lists pending DHD approval. The motion was <br /> adopted. Mrs. Botsford stated she will send a letter to DHD and place an ad in the newspaper. <br /> CO MMU NICATION RRESP Ei E: Mrs. Botsford shared copies of correspondence.with the <br /> board from I IassHousing (office notice of approval to tale over Asher's Path) and the town's Board of <br /> Health (regarding withdrawing the proposed regulation following Mrs. Botsford's fetter to therm). <br /> 1r. Harsh stated that-he had received a request from E.A. Fish to submit a letter of support with regards. - <br /> to their response to an IEP issued by the wa mpanoag Tribal Council. A notion was made by Mr, <br /> Harsch and seconded by Ms, Allen to send a letter on behalf of the board, signed by the <br /> chairperson, offering the board's support of E.A. Fish. The motion carried. Mrs, Botsford stated <br /> that she will coordinate getting the letter done, signed, and to E.A. Fish. <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 6:00 Pik. A motion was made by <br /> Mr. liarsh and seconded by Ms. Allen to adjourn. The motion carried. The meeting was <br /> adjourned at 6: 5 P.
