C. has <br /> acquired various items that appeared important to himb <br /> He specified, for instance, the tax assessor ' s records <br /> which go back to the 1870' s that had been. presented to <br /> the H.% Co, by Ann Shaw. Jim suggested that we think about <br /> something in which to house these records and other im. <br /> portant records . Jim- also suggested that the really - im- <br /> portant records should be stored in fireproof file cabinets , <br /> The ephemera ,could be filed in non--fireproof file cabinets , <br /> and 'would receive just about the same amount of protection. <br /> Jim suggested that they think about getting another file <br /> cabinet , which does not necessarily have to be a new one. <br /> Rosemary suggested that some of the collections they have <br /> received , she wondered .if each one of the members should <br /> take 'on as a project ; to inventory what i contained in <br /> each of the files , x�l <br /> nd have a reference that they wo <br />
