P . 42 VI A2 #5 "A Plea from the Bay State Historical League asking for a donation was denied . " Rosemary Burns moved that the minutes be approved as corrected . Seconded . All in favor. So moved . III BUDGET: Fiscal year 1399 Budget : Ann Whitlow explained that they were about 40 of their spending. They have started the Temporary Wage Clerk funding . Ann felt that they were right on the money with their budget . With what they had to do , she felt they were just going to complete their budget . Ann explained this was rip-to-date as of February 8th; this included the courses that Ann plans to take, and the latest phone bill . IV REPORTS A. Computer : Ann explained that she had started the classes at ashp'ee H. S . The first course was EXCEL. The teacher was excellent . Her name is Joy Pelt * Ann has also been wording with Steve Buss . He has started making the fields on ACCESS . That was where they were going with their locator cards , their photographs . is B. Heritage Cape Cod : They had previously voted to have their open house Sunday,. June 14th. It turns out that Sunday is June 13th. It will be called , " ashpee is Picture-Perfect" . They were going to use their post-card exhibit , and also some collages . Joanne is working on getting the pictures and gathering the material which we must have by March 15th . The invitation - May 21st . Ann plans to work on the press release by June 1 , 1999 . Ann will call. Lee Potter relative to the teat .
